Dr. Marte Kliesh, Ph.D.

 

Dr. Marte Kliesh has a healing ministry on the sunny Caribbean Coast of Honduras. Degreed as a traditional naturopath and herbalist, her desire to help others grew beyond a simple physical approach to healing. During the early years of her natural health practice she came to realize that very few conditions of dis-ease were short term. The majority of people were suffering from conditions that came gradually and grew until it controlled their lives.

Her desire to find reason and healing for chronic conditions began a quest that has taken her beyond 3rd dimensional healing. She is now an inter-faith minister, Reiki Master, and student of subtle energies; holding a Ph.D. in Metaphysics. Along this journey, she has been privileged to study with Elders of Mayan and Hawaiian cultures as well as teachers of sacred Native American traditions. It is from these teachers that she was given a spiritual name, Malana Ashlie, which is her pen name. Malana means, ‘holds the light.’

Living and studying with other cultures was her awakening to the realization that poverty is also a chronic condition. For the last twenty years, she has taught meditation to kindergarten children and adults throughout the Western Hemisphere as a way of helping people see beyond their current circumstances. Dr. Marte also teaches classes on spiritual principles. Her ministry includes assisting single working mothers to find self-reliance. She continues her on-line counseling along with hosting healing vacations and spiritual quest for those wishing to visit Honduras.

I want to help people improve the quality of their lives; to have more freedom than their current situations are allowing. My philosophy differs greatly from the modern medical model. I believe that our bodies are divine gifts, perfectly created for the life we need to live and the lessons we need to learn.

Our lifestyle and culture numbs the cellular memory and intelligence that is inherently part of who we are. However, my experience is that the cells of the body ‘forgive’ once we offer what they need to awaken. There is a soul essence to the human body based on the emotional, energetic and spiritual information from past lives, past experiences and the knowledge of our ancestors.
