I’m working toward my doctorate at this beautiful school, over a half century old…An excellent distance learning program for those who want to study New Thought psychology and philosophy along with metaphysical science. Self paced and reasonably priced. Definitely not a diploma mill…You should have decent writing skills because you’re going to have to complete a 66 module essay test, a thesis and your dissertation to earn your doctorate. Usually takes 2 to 4 years, sometimes even less or even more, depending on your efforts…For people who are committed to positive change at least in themselves.
Working toward my doctorate makes the University of Metaphysics and University of Sedona the perfect fit for me. The teachings give me peace and enlightenment. This is the perfect distance learning program. Thank you!

I began studying with Dr. Masters in the spring of 1977. it was like walking into a new world of enlightenment and awareness.

As I study and listen to the weekly lecture and offerings I am maturing and applying what I am coming to realize to my daily life. It seems as if each lecture enhances the module I have finished for the week. This week’s lecture was so very meaningful for me. I am excited to be finishing up my Reading modules and Minister’s/Bachelor’s Degree Exams. I have been able to playfully meditate for a few people. I believe because of their report it truly made a positive difference in the outcome of their situation. I am changed.

It’s a “living” work…
I appreciate Dr. Masters’ daily message and his mini consults. My work and study through the UOM has been life changing; especially to do with fear and anxiety. I’m reaching higher and moving forward and in doing so, helping others in their own quest for wholeness. Thank you for making it possible to find applicable practices for my daily life and for being an authentic voice in a time when one is needed. If anyone is sitting on the fence about learning though UOM, don’t be. There is nothing ‘fancy’ or ‘guru-ish’ about Dr. Masters. His messages, while direct, allows one to think for themselves ~ plus with a good old fashion ‘radio’ voice, is quite clear and a bit charming (some throw-back classical music during meditation/prayer) and reminds one that simplicity can break the tension we often carry within our bones and spirit. It is relaxing and elevating all at the same time. Cheers to all the other students of UOM and may the kindly staff, school and especially Dr. Masters know longevity, good health and happiness today and always.
