Formal Cap and Gown Graduation Ceremony at the Moonwater Terrace

Karl Mullins will be in attendance for special requests and family photographs. He will take individual graduation pictures as our graduates walk across the stage. All pictures will be available for purchase on his website.

Note: The formal graduation ceremony duration is an estimate. The whole event could finish sooner or later. Because over 500 graduation guests will be in attendance, the Formal Cap and Gown Ceremony will take place on the Moonwater Terrace, with guests seated below on the Serenity Lawn. The expected midday temperature will be 88 degrees. We advise all attendees to wear light clothing and bring sunscreen to ensure their stay is as comfortable as possible. Outbound Sedona will provide grab-and-go food items, snacks, and beverages for purchase, and a water station will be available.

With over 500 guests expected to watch the formal cap and gown graduation, here are a few helpful details to ensure a smooth arrival for attendees.

• On-Site Parking Lots: There are  265 spaces across the main parking lots at Outbound Sedona. Hotel guests and staff will occupy some of these spaces so parking will be first-come, first-served.
• Side Road Parking: Two side roads on the map are available for guests to use once the main lots are full.
• We suggest carpooling to the event, where possible, to save parking spaces.
