Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone could have immediate happiness? Wouldn’t it be even more wonderful if that happiness would remain? The truth is that you—or anyone—can have immediate happiness that can be lasting, for it is a matter of consciousness.

Whoever first said that happiness is a state of mind was correct! If you are unhappy about yourself, your life, or anything for that matter, it is a change of consciousness that can turn despair and depression into happiness. You have the innate capacity to have a transforming consciousness—God—take over your mind, and immediately sublimate negative thought energy into positive, happy thought energy or consciousness.

Mysteries of Christ Consciousness

Mysteries of Christ Consciousness: When St. Paul said “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,” the mind he was referring to was Christ Consciousness. Christ Consciousness exists within everyone’s mind. It is the contact point between mortal consciousness and God’s Consciousness, and can be reached through meditation.

  • Entrance: I understand that to enter into the heavenly awareness of Christ-Light Consciousness, and thus God’s Presence, I must set aside my personal will in favor of God’s Will, and become still enough through meditation to know or experience God’s Spirit. (“Be still and know that I am God.” – Bible Reference)

“Transforming from Personal to Universal Identity”

In recent years, the world has advanced enormously in technology—like the proverbial snowball rolling downhill, building momentum as it goes. Outwardly, society is being transformed from what it once was to the extreme, fast pace of today. However, while the physical sciences are accelerating, human beings and their consciousness remain basically the same. This brings about the dilemma of greater technological power in the hands of unaware souls with frailty and the propensity for violence and inhumane acts.

The need for human transformation from base to higher consciousness has existed throughout the ages. However, at no time in human history has so much technology been available with the ability to destroy all of humanity in a matter of minutes. A few miscalculations on the part of the consciousness of a small number of people—or even one—could result in the annihilation of the entire human race.

Deprogramming Negative Illusions

Deprogramming Negative Illusions: All negativity arises from the illusion of a personal selfhood that is separate from the One Life of God. The way to eliminate that negativity is to connect with God’s Presence within you, sublimating all negative thoughts and feelings into the positive energy of God’s Light, with which you are one.

  • Negative Energy: I understand that negative energy is created through an illusion of personal selfhood or isolation or consciousness separation from the One Life God—Creator of the Universe—living in all created things, animate and supposedly inanimate.
  • Negative Energy Illusion: I understand that based on the illusion of personal selfhood, negative eneergy includes, but is not limited to: fear, hate, vanity, greed, destructiveness, vengeance, limitation, victimhood, jealousy, envy, poor self-image, overly aggressive behavior, lust, and deceit.
  • Meditation: Through my daily practice of meditation, negative energy is sublimated into the Light of Christ-Mind Energy Consciousness.
  • Visualization: Daily, I take a few moments to visualize or imagine my body filled with positive God Light, where negative energy cannot exist.
  • Self-Image: I am filled with positive energy at all levels of my body, mind, and soul, declaring my oneness with God’s Spirit and my mind one with Christ/God Consciousness.
  • Auric Protection: Daily, I mentally project a white protective aura of God Light around my physical body to serve as a protective shield against the influence of outside negative thought/feeling energies.
  • Nullifying: Every time I think or feel a negative energy, I immediately nullify it so that it does not enter into or recede back into the personal subconscious memory level of my mind.
  • God Power: I declare that the ultimate God Power of the Universe exists in me to sublimate all negative thought/feeling energy into positive God Light Energy.
