Her journey is not only academic—it is deeply lived. In February 2026, just five months after the passing of her mother, Dr. Ebeling released her heartfelt book, Soul Lessons for a Grieving Heart, on Valentine’s Day. Born from her own experience with profound loss, the book stands as a testament to the sacred process of grief, illustrating how pain can be transformed into purpose and how love continues to live beyond physical presence.
At the heart of her vision is the development of the Respite Ranch Wellness Farm inWilliams, Arizona—a sanctuary designed to offer rest, renewal, and reconnection. Rooted in the growing movement of wellness retreats and nature-based healing environments, which provide spaces for reflection, restoration, and holistic care, the ranch is being cultivated as more than a retreat—it is a living model for a spiritually aligned, self-sustaining community.
Through this initiative, Dr. Ebeling is pioneering a faith-based 508(c)(1)(a) organization that integrates organic food cultivation, holistic wellness practices, and immersive retreat experiences. The vision is to create a space where individuals can not only heal, but also learn how to live in harmony with the land, their purpose, and one another.
From growing food organically to hosting transformative respite and wellness retreats, the ranch embodies a return to simplicity, sustainability, and spiritual connection. Through her teachings, workshops, and organizational leadership, Dr. Ebeling continues to empower others to embrace their stories, heal with intention, and rise into lives of authenticity, impact, and meaningful connection. Her work is a reflection of what she teaches—that even in life’s most difficult seasons, there is always a pathway to purpose, and within every story lies the power to transform lives.

During their years at Marriott Ranch, the Cooper family helped manage the 5,000‑acre property, which included cattle operations, farming, trail rides, and large public events such as weddings, retreats, and corporate gatherings. Living and working in this environment shaped Kim’s appreciation for community, service, and meaningful human connection.
Kim attended Utah State University, where she studied Community Health Education and was a university cheerleader. Early in her professional life, she worked in healthcare, serving as a nurse’s aide in community nursing and later operating EEG equipment in the IMCU department at Shady Grove Hospital. She later worked with Marriott Interior Design, where she was able to combine creativity with hospitality and service.
In addition to her professional work, Kim has always been deeply committed to community involvement and mentoring youth. She has taught in schools, coached cheerleading and sports, and served in numerous leadership roles within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints. She has taught classes on emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and faith-centered living, and has led large youth programs including multi‑day camps for hundreds of young women focused on leadership, spirituality, and personal development.
A defining moment in Kim’s life came fifteen years ago when she was diagnosed with lymphoma and underwent an intensive year of chemotherapy. This experience became a profound turning point that deepened her faith and inspired her lifelong commitment to helping others discover healing, purpose, and inner strength.
Following her recovery, Kim pursued deeper spiritual education through the University of Metaphysics and the University of Sedona. She earned multiple metaphysical ministry degrees and later completed the MBA‑M program, combining spiritual principles with business leadership.
Kim founded her personal development and spiritual guidance practice, “This Is Mi,” a name that reflects the belief that each individual possesses a unique spiritual identity and purpose. Through this work, she provides one‑on‑one mentoring, mindfulness practices, and Christ‑centered meditation experiences designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner strength and faith. She has also written positive affirmation cards that are currently being prepared for publication.
Kim is an experienced public speaker who has addressed audiences of hundreds at conferences, workshops, and church events, sharing messages of resilience, spiritual awareness, and personal transformation. Dr. Core’ S. Cotton, Ph.D., M.Msc., JD
Workshop: “I Chose Wholeness: A Transformational Workshop of Music, Identity, and Spiritual Alignment”
Dr. Core’ S. Cotton is a Grammy-winning recording artist, attorney, author, and mindset and business coach whose work bridges spirituality, identity, leadership, and creative expression. Her metaphysical journey began early in life when she was first introduced to Science of Mind and New Thought principles as a young person growing up in the Baptist tradition. Even then, she felt drawn to the concept of Infinite Intelligence, the power of consciousness, and the deep inner knowing that the Divine is both within and around us. These early seeds of spiritual awareness would become the throughline of her life’s work.

Decades later, her journey came full circle through her formal studies at the University of Metaphysics and University of Sedona, where she completed her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Under the teachings of Dr. Paul Leon Masters, Core’ found academic language that affirmed the lifelong spiritual truths she had carried within her — particularly the importance of alignment with one’s Higher Self, the spiritual principles behind identity formation, and the path from fragmentation to wholeness.
Core’ is the author of three metaphysics-based works. Her master’s thesis, Dreams: A Journey into You; A Connection to Your Purpose, explores the connection between Inner Intelligence and the conscious and subconscious, and its effect on dream interpretation. Her first dissertation, Women Unbound: A Mindfulness-Based Shift in Redefining Success, explores the spiritual and psychological dimensions of identity conflict, limiting beliefs, and the journey to redefining success through internal wholeness rather than external expectation. Her second dissertation, The Mindful Organization: Reframing Ethics, Talent Systems, and Leadership for a Purpose-Driven Workplace, extends mindfulness from the individual to the organization, integrating metaphysical principles with leadership and introducing her proprietary Mindful Talent System. These works are foundational to her coaching philosophy and inform her public speaking.
A former lead singer of the Grammy-winning Sounds of Blackness and former senior executive and corporate attorney with more than 30 years of experience, including in a Fortune 100 financial services organization, Core’ blends her legal, business, and musical expertise to guide individuals and teams toward alignment, authenticity, and empowered decision-making.
She is the author of Empowered for Life: Uncovering Your Purpose by Redefining Success Through Your Values, Passions, and Strengths, and the creator of the Truth Triad™ — a signature framework that integrates the spiritual dimensions of values, passions, and strengths as pathways to identity grounding and soul-aligned living. She is also the founder of The Wholeness Journey™, a multi-layered transformation ecosystem rooted in the Truth Triad™ framework, designed to guide women from fragmentation to sustained alignment through music, storytelling, soul sessions, and path-specific teaching. The Wholeness Journey™ begins with the Identity Anchors Self-Assessment, a personalized tool that identifies each woman’s specific alignment pattern and opens the door to her individual path forward.
She is co-author, with her mother Rev. Dr. M. Jeanne Dolphus Cotton, of A Three Hundred and Sixty-Degree Perspective: A Mother-Daughter Journey of ‘Come Here’ Meets ‘Been There,’ a memoir chronicling their intergenerational story of faith, resilience, music, and spiritual evolution. It is her mother who introduced her to the Universities of Sedona and Metaphysics, and with whom Core’ is currently sharing her doctoral journey.
Core’ weaves music, storytelling, metaphysics, and mindfulness into immersive healing experiences. Her body of work includes the Wholeness Journey™ ecosystem, empowerment workshops, her one-woman show A Woman Evolves, and original musical compositions that anchor her teachings in emotional and spiritual resonance.
Her life’s work converges on one truth: when a woman returns to herself — her values, her passions, her spiritual identity — everything changes.
Dr. Linda Costello, Ph.D.
Speech: “My Spiritual Path of 70 years”
I have been very spiritual most of my life. I was brought up in a Universalist/Unitarian Church, which was very open, and helped me to see many spiritual points of view.
My first exposure to psychic readings was from my paternal grandmother, who used to do readings with playing cards when I was about 5 years old. When I was in my teens, my dad got a book from the Reader’s Digest book club called The Book of Psychic Sciences and Divination. He didn’t believe in divination, so I kept the book and taught myself a number of different techniques, the most prominent of which was the Rider-Waite Tarot.

When I was 19 years old, I met the man who became my husband. At the time, he was a practicing Buddhist, and I happened to mention that I was going to be attending an astrology class. He told me he wanted to learn about it too, so that was the beginning of a wonderful relationship full of spirituality and divination. We became part of the East-West Foundation, and we met Luisa Poole, a well-known palm reader, who taught us quite a bit in a variety of classes. She introduced us to Servants of the Light, a long-term study of Qabalah and all of the references that it symbolized. It involved daily meditations, some of which I still do to this day.
I also attended Interface, a business that excelled in spiritual and divination classes, and even worked for them, and taught classes myself.
I also found out about Omega, a retreat center in upstate New York, and one weekend in 1991, I found out about the Druid path. It has been my main path ever since.
I also took an Avatar course in 1992 – a class about learning how to control your beliefs to create your reality. Through Avatar, I met Keith Varnum, who taught wonderful classes and has been my friend since I met him in person in 1995. In fact, it was at one of his workshops that I realized I needed to move from Massachusetts to Arizona, and I did so in 1996, prompted by messages from Spirit/God-Goddess.
Over the years, I also did psychic readings at spiritual retreats and as a vendor at many different events. I also learned Reiki and held regular Reiki healing workshops at my home once a month for a few years.
I moved to Sedona in 2014, and I realized that my background in psychology and spirituality were perfect for using my knowledge of divination as a psychic, and so I started doing readings for places like Unity of Sedona (Now Global Center for Christ Consciousness) where I started the Psychic Sunday program they still offer, the Center for the New Age, and finally settled at Crystal Magic Psychic Center in 2020. I have been working at Crystal Magic Psychic Center since then.
I also work at International Metaphysical Ministry, which is where I got one of my minister’s licenses (I have 4 of them). This has taught me how important it is to go to Spirit for the right answers – and that’s how I get the downloads I use with my clients. It’s been a wonderful and rewarding life I have lived!

Dr. Margaret Alice Johnson, Ph.D.
Speech: “#Rigged”
Meg Johnson is a partner at the law firm of Cox, PLLC. She has more than two decades of extensive litigation experience defending high-exposure personal injury cases for numerous Fortune 500 companies, and has been recognized for several years as a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine. She is an accomplished vocalist, toured Europe in a classical chorale and sang with the Christian group, “Uplifted.” She is an adjunct professor of copyright and music publishing in the music business department at a local university.

Meg is an avid horsewoman and represented her home state of Georgia at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant and, during law school, represented Miss Longview Area at the 2002 Miss Texas Pageant. She has been married to her husband, Jared, for over 20 years and is a proud hockey mom to her son, Charlie, who is a talented defenseman drafted to the Saskatoon Blades of the Western Hockey League (and vying for a Division 1 college scholarship). She enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with her cat and two basset hounds, and riding her beloved horse, Levi.
On the side of her extremely full life, several years ago, she was leading an international team of over 100 consultants with the #1 skincare business in North America when one phone call brought that world crashing down and the business to an abrupt end. It was then, in that moment, when Meg leaned in to a metaphysical truth she’d learned years before with that same company… every moment in life is rigged in our favor. She looked back on friendships culminated, personal development gained, and business acumen developed, and knew that this was not a failure, but a redirection to something better. This was the moment she needed to look introspectively, follow her instinct, and open her heart and mind to the blessings that would come in God’s greater plan.
As the Universe would have it, every single accomplishment, every single setback, and every single moment had a purpose and was a part of the “setup” for a fulfilling life. She has had the opportunity to speak to audiences on many different platforms over the past three decades, from pageant stages where she championed support for equine-assisted therapy programs to assist children and veterans with mental and physical limitations, conferences where she shared messages of perseverance to young entrepreneurs, on international strategy calls where she inspired and led her sales team, the weekly classroom where she educates her college-level business students, and to courtrooms across the country where she zealously advocates for her clients. She is the author of two published children’s books (both notable on the Amazon top Children’s Christian animal fiction list) showcasing the trials, talents, tomfoolery, and triumphs of her heart horses, Joker and Zak. As she graduates with her Ph.D. from the University of Sedona, she is passionate about sharing how attitude and positivity can transform a mundane existence into a life that feels truly #rigged (in our favor).
Dr. Anke Otto-Wolf, Ph.D.
Workshop: “Indigenous Philosophies: Expanding Our Understanding of Reality”
Dr. Anke Otto-Wolf is a Shamanic Life Coach, Energy Healer, Spiritual Adviser, and public speaker with a doctorate in Metaphysical Science. Her work is deeply connected to the traditions and beliefs of Native cultures and their metaphysical power, whose reverence for the natural world and relational understanding of reality resonate profoundly with her own earth-based shamanic path. This connection informs her teachings on harmony, balance, and the living presence of elemental forces as guides for healing and transformation (Give Your Soul a Gift, 2015, Amazon).
Read More about Anke
Her early life was shaped by coercion and the loss of personal freedom during the division of her native Germany- experiences she documented in My Peace of the Wall (Amazon, 2012). These formative years cultivated a deep inner resilience and a lifelong commitment to conscious self-discovery. They also became the foundation of her belief that true empowerment arises from within, and that healing begins when one reclaims sovereignty over one’s inner world.
With a professional background spanning journalism, public education, programming, and the development of teaching-learning materials, Dr. Otto-Wolf has spent decades supporting children and adults whose sense of worth, safety, and inner stability had been diminished. Her work integrates metaphysical science, psychology-informed principles, conscious energy flow, and earth-rooted shamanic practice to foster emotional self-regulation, self-assurance, and inner resilience.
She is the founder and author of the global award-winning Sedona Soul Balance, as well as the creator of TOLEY RANZ (Amazon, The Psst-psst of Toley Ranz Book Series), a consciousness-based, SEL-oriented, preventative empowerment program for children and families. Internationally recognized and honored by former U.S. President Bill Clinton, as a Nominee for the President’s Service Award, as well as the National Children’s Defense Fund, the TOLEY RANZ (Toley Ranz YouTube channel) program uses storytelling, guided awareness practices, and character-based learning to help children reconnect with their inner guidance, develop emotional independence, and strengthen pro-social skills.
Dr. Otto-Wolf’s work is rooted in compassion, prevention, and conscious awareness. She teaches that caring for one’s soul is not optional—it is essential to living a balanced, fulfilled, and empowered life. Her approach offers a grounded and deeply nurturing path of remembering, one that honors the wisdom of the earth, the metaphysical insights of Native traditions, and the innate power within every human being.

Rev. Jack Roberts B.Msc.
Workshop: “From Intention to Fruition”
Jack Roberts’ early years were challenging. Growing up in a family of five that lost their father when he was only two, he learned early how to navigate the hard‑scrabble life of the housing projects in Jersey City, New Jersey. In his teens, he and his mother moved to Los Angeles, but the streets of South Central carried their own pressures and temptations — the same ones that swallowed up many young Black boys of that era. Jack’s drive to rise above those circumstances became an inner fire that shaped the rest of his life.
Read More about Jack
In his early twenties, the journey turned even harder when he found himself homeless on Skid Row. Out of that adversity came a defining realization: that lifting others from hardship into possibility would become his purpose. Immersing himself in the personal‑development movement, he began teaching goal‑setting, mindset, and accountability long before he had words like “metaphysics” to describe what he was doing
Years later, friends invited him to Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles. There, under the teaching of Rev. Michael Beckwith and inspired by the writings of Ernest Holmes, he discovered New Thought and recognized it as the deeper current behind all transformation — the science of mind, intention, and divine law in action.
That insight became the foundation of his life’s work. Jack developed a teaching style that is direct, practical, and motivational, translating spiritual principles into actionable steps anyone can apply. He teaches that faith is movement — not passive belief, but active demonstration — and that every individual holds the power to shape life through consciousness, word, and purpose‑driven choice.
As an ordained Metaphysical Minister, Human Potential Coach, entrepreneur, and founder of Life Mastery Systems, Rev. Jack continues to help others turn intention into fruition. The author of “The Science of Affirmations & The Power of Denials” and “Speak It Into Existence”, he blends timeless metaphysical principles with modern insight to make spirituality practical. His life — from the projects of Jersey City to the platform of Metaphysical ministry — stands as a living demonstration of spiritual power and the truth that no beginning is too humble for divine purpose to unfold.
Dr. Frank Selden, D.D.
Speech: “Surviving Our Physical Form”
Early in my second Iraq tour, I stood at the back of a chapel, next to the incoming Chaplain and his assistant, listening to the last sermon by a civilian minister about to be replaced. In that sermon, the minister announced that the congregation would be in good hands, that she had spoken with God before the service, and declared God appointed the Chaplain’s assistant to take over the services. Both the chaplain and I looked at the assistant, who looked stunned. Evidently, God didn’t tell the assistant. Army regulations would not support a Staff Sergeant Chaplain’s assistant leading the chaplain ministry rather than the Major standing next to him. The Major and I did not either.
Read More about Frank
I knew part of the story behind her deliberate announcement. She did not like the chaplain, an observation obvious to everyone since the two first met a few weeks earlier. Perhaps she wrestled with thoughts such as “God, how could you send a man like that to be my replacement?” The idea to anoint the chaplain’s assistant resolved her conflict. But where did the idea come from? God? Perhaps when she uttered the phrase “God told me” in her stateside church, people believed her and acted accordingly. In Iraq, it created a sour endnote to her ministry. I doubted her ability to hear God’s voice. The Army ignored her.
Against such scholarly and evidentiary critiques, I assert we can chat with God. These conversations changed my life for the better. I’ve shared them with people privately who also found a light for their path in troubled times. Now I am sharing them publicly to provide some direction for those seeking answers.
I do not believe in God as described by the Bible or the doctrines taught to me in my youth. I do believe in an innate intelligence woven into the fabric of the universe. Some call that energy God, others Source, the Divine, the Singularity, or simply the Unknown. Whatever we call it, I am convinced that we can interact with it in ways that resemble conversations. I believe that my chats point to something or someone outside myself. Each one contains information or revelation I did not consciously possess prior.
One could argue that I am just tapping into the collective consciousness Carl Jung described. Perhaps, although Jung’s portrayal of collective consciousness did not include wisdom or knowledge beyond the totality of human experience. Maybe our entire universe is an alien science experiment, and what we view as innate intelligence is simply an elaborate energy-based code or matrix. Either way, if connecting and collaborating with that energy consistently creates more fulfilling lives, why do we resist?
Amidst all the questions, uncertainty, and competing beliefs, this much I do know. I can simply, and with certainty, stand on my conviction that I am changed. I continue my connection with Source daily. I now believe that our personal connection with this ultimate higher power is the pearl of great price Jesus heralded.
Throughout this book, I most often refer to this higher power as God, although I am aware of that word’s insufficiencies.
August 2014: Happily married for four years to an amazing partner. We blended a family of my four kids, all grown, and her twin boys, still living with us. We owned a beautiful, million-dollar home in a private area. We hosted men’s and women’s group events, fun parties, and family get-togethers. I completed 20 years in the Army National Guard the previous year. I owned a successful legal practice, and she worked in middle management at Microsoft. We spent time on our boat in the beautiful Pacific Northwest waters and vacationed where we wanted. I served on the boards of a local new thought church and a charity we supported. I loved my life, my family, and I wished everyone my kind of success.
Then, toward the end of August in 2014, I did not have the energy to get out of bed. I slept 11 hours, getting up for half an hour to sip bone broth and use the bathroom, only to become so exhausted I needed to rest another 11 hours. I closed my legal practice.
With family help, I visited numerous doctors who conducted hundreds of tests with no answers. A year later an infectious disease specialist told me I tested strongly for a rare virus with no known cure. Doctors first thought the virus only targeted healthy, athletic people. Doctors then realized that only the healthy people survived. Such viruses affect people from all walks of life. One study showed nearly 50% passed away within 6 months. Another chronicled an 84% mortality rate in three years.
I decided to end my life. If I could not live on my terms, I didn’t want to. A divine intervention gave me another chance to live. I accepted and set a new intention – to become abundantly alive.
Life is not a straight line of instant success. Another year passed before my health allowed me to reopen my practice part-time. Another four years before I could enjoy mountain hikes again.
March 2020: My then-wife and I decided to move to the Caribbean when her boys departed for college that fall. We set several plans in motion, including selling our home and almost everything we owned to adapt to an owner’s cabin in a 47’ Lagoon catamaran. Our governor announced COVID lockdowns, which started the day after our house went on the market. Real estate agents could not show homes. Government offices in the USVI closed; no boat sales could be registered or mooring ball permits obtained.
Our dream started to unravel. I didn’t take it well. A few months later, she asked for a divorce. She wrote up the settlement, and I signed it, although I knew that if I contested, the divorce settlement rules would grant me more money than she offered. I didn’t want the entanglement. Emotionally letting go of someone we love is tough enough without adding legal entanglements.
Mostly due to COVID rules and my attitude toward them, I lived out of my pick-up truck with two suitcases of clothes saved for life in the Virgin Islands. My business, which I could operate from anywhere, thrived, my income higher than at any other time in my life. Yet I lived simply, rather than lavishly as I had done in the past. I hiked several times per week in closed state and national parks, a silent middle finger to bureaucrats I disdained.
For the first time in my life, I had no plans, living more as a wanderer, guided from within. I had no desire to hastily create plans just because I didn’t have any, as I had sometimes done in the past, to my own detriment. Instead, I allowed life to develop, where awareness would lead.
February 2026: The friend I visited in Bellingham in the 2020 chat instantly became my best buddy. I melted into the look she gave me when she opened the door, and I never left. We lived, laughed, danced, traveled, blessed, and inspired people around us. Her wisdom taught me about connecting with Presence and people around us, dovetailing with the simultaneous Chats in my morning devotion time.
Penny and I did not get married in the legal sense. We did not need permission from the State to define our relationship. We did ask a minister and a small circle of friends to bless our relationship while floating on the Nile on a retreat exploring the wonders of ancient religious sites in Egypt together. We hiked the Camino de Santiago, explored numerous National Parks, snorkeled the warm, clear waters of numerous Caribbean islands, and helped each other heal what matters most.
No arguments, no ego battles, each of us trusting the other with our deepest secrets and our highest good. Five years together, half of that time spent dealing with cancer.
She passed away a week before Christmas. The cancer, cleared once, returned with a vengeance. Meditations, oncologists, metaphysical healers, prayers, and our restorative time alone together did not deter that dastardly disease. At times, I became bitter and angry. She never did. She comforted me as much as I cared for her.
The last few weeks, the cancer ate through her chest to create visible, bleeding sores. In her final days, she could not speak; instead, she wrote terse requests or statements on a small white board. One morning, she wrote, “call the girls,” her two daughters. They each drove over instantly. The four of us held hands as she breathed her last. We cried. I’m crying right now as I write this, the keyboard blurry, my hands shaking.
Her last written words to me were “I love you” and “LIVE.” I looked into those eyes in which I found so much love and said, “I don’t want to!” She smiled and nodded.
Penny introduced me to people who communicate with other beings. I did not fully share her convictions about other dimensions or beings we might call aliens. I approach those subjects open and curious. Someone I met through her, who shares ideas from outside this world beyond my ability to explain, called me shortly after her passing and announced, “Penny is already in the 6th dimension.” I don’t know what that means, but I believe it.

Read More about Jackie
Raised in the traditions and teachings of her Washoe heritage, Rev. Jackie grew up with a profound belief in Creator, the presence of ancestors, and the understanding that the spiritual world exists alongside the physical one. From an early age, she experienced a strong connection to what many describe as “seeing through the veil,” sensing both light and dark spiritual energies and recognizing that life extends beyond what can be seen with the physical eye. These experiences became the foundation for a lifelong journey of spiritual exploration, healing, and service.
Her formal metaphysical studies through the University of Metaphysics expanded and deepened what she had intuitively known throughout her life. The education provided her with a framework and language for discussing spiritual concepts in ways that resonate with people from diverse backgrounds and belief systems. She holds both Bachelor and Master of Metaphysics degrees and continues to bridge Indigenous ways of knowing with contemporary metaphysical practice. Her master’s research explored the connections between Native American spirituality and metaphysical principles, while her ongoing work continues to examine spiritual healing through Indigenous perspectives and lived experience.
Today, Rev. Jackie is a Reiki Master Practitioner, spiritual coach, intuitive guide, and minister who integrates Indigenous teachings, metaphysical principles, personal development, and practical spirituality into her work. She believes healing occurs when individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, their ancestors, their communities, and the sacred wisdom already present within them.
In addition to her spiritual work, Rev. Jackie is an accomplished educator with more than a decade of experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational consulting. Through RavenRabbit LLC, she supports schools, tribal communities, educators, and organizations in creating transformative learning experiences that honor the whole person.
Rev. Jackie is the host of the RavenRabbit Wellness Studio Podcast, where she shares conversations and teachings on spirituality, healing, self-discovery, Indigenous wisdom, and personal growth. Her podcast and related content can be found through RavenRabbit LLC and on major podcast platforms. She also produces educational and spiritual content through her YouTube channel, RavenRabbit LLC.
As a public speaker, Rev. Jackie has presented to audiences ranging from local community groups to national conferences. She has spoken at multiple California Teachers Association statewide conferences, the National Indian Education Association Convention, and numerous educational leadership events. Her presentations are known for storytelling, Indigenous perspectives, spirituality, and practical application into meaningful experiences for participants.

Workshop: “Mystical Research: A Scientific Framework for the Study of Consciousness”
Dr. Yolanda Dukes is a metaphysical researcher, educator, author, and the Founder of Perspective Metaphysics, an educational organization dedicated to advancing the study of consciousness through research, education, and systematic inquiry. Her work focuses on bridging spirituality and scholarship by developing practical frameworks that encourage the careful observation, documentation, and analysis of metaphysical experience.
Read More about Yolanda
Driven by a lifelong passion for understanding the nature of consciousness, Dr. Dukes has pursued an interdisciplinary course of study spanning legal studies, metaphysical science, mystical research, metaphysical hypnosis, and psychology. Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to lifelong learning and to developing enduring systems that support both scholarly investigation and personal transformation.
Dr. Dukes is also the founder of The House of Perspective, the official digital archive of Perspective Metaphysics and the home of the Mystical Research Academy. Together, these initiatives preserve and organize an expanding scholarly library dedicated to consciousness studies, metaphysical education, mystical research, and interdisciplinary inquiry. The House of Perspective serves as the central repository for research, publications, educational resources, original theories, and evolving methodologies developed through Perspective Metaphysics.
Central to this vision is the development of the Mystical Research Library System (MRLS)—a comprehensive organizational framework that classifies and preserves metaphysical scholarship through a structured library model. The MRLS provides a unified system for organizing books, research papers, educational resources, journals, original theories, and research methodologies into a coherent body of knowledge. Conceived as a living scholarly framework, the MRLS is designed to grow alongside the expanding field of consciousness studies while providing future researchers with an organized foundation for discovery, collaboration, and academic exploration.
Among her original contributions is the Adapted Metaphysical Citation Guide (AMCG), a citation standard developed to support consistent scholarly referencing within metaphysical literature. She is also developing complementary research methodologies, including structured observation protocols, listening protocols, documentation standards, discernment frameworks, and the Periodic Table of Consciousness (PTC), all designed to encourage careful, transparent, and reproducible approaches to the study of conscious experience.
Dr. Dukes is the author of publications exploring mystical research, adaptive channeling, consciousness studies, symbolic language, metaphysical education, and the relationship between science and spirituality. Her current work focuses on developing an integrated scholarly framework that brings together research methodology, educational resources, classification systems, and interdisciplinary models into a unified approach to consciousness studies.
As an educator, Dr. Dukes believes that wonder and disciplined inquiry are complementary pursuits. Her presentations encourage participants to move beyond simply collecting spiritual experiences toward developing thoughtful research practices grounded in observation, documentation, reflection, and discernment. Through Perspective Metaphysics, the House of Perspective, the Mystical Research Academy, and the Mystical Research Library System, she seeks to contribute to a lasting scholarly foundation where consciousness studies, mystical research, and metaphysical education can continue to grow with clarity, organization, and intellectual integrity.
At the 2026 International Metaphysical Ministry Convention, Dr. Dukes presents Mystical Research: A Scientific Framework for the Study of Consciousness, introducing participants to an emerging methodology for documenting, organizing, and studying conscious experience through structured inquiry.

Rev. Crystal Shaé, Ph.D.
Speech: “Three Husbands, One Calling”
Workshop: “Breathwork as A Sacred Return to God”
Rev. Crystal Shaé is an ordained metaphysical minister, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator whose path in metaphysics began long before the credentials. From a young age, she felt herself born different — born with an affinity for God, to worship and to love God’s people, all of them, regardless of race, gender, status, or creed.
Read More about Crystal
That early knowing carried her through twenty years of devoted study and practice, and in September of 2026 she will receive her Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy, with an emphasis in Relationship Dynamics, from the University of Metaphysics. Her dissertation, “Beyond Attachment: Relationships and Metaphysics,” was born of her own lived testimony.
After three marriages and a long pattern of attracting partners who were not emotionally available, Crystal began to hunger for a deeper understanding of the workings of God — God in her, and who she truly was. That hunger led her, alone, to the high vibrational lands of Sedona, Arizona, where she spent six weeks in stillness with her feelings, her wounds, and the Spirit she was opening to. She had already enrolled in the University of Sedona for her master’s work, and felt unmistakably drawn to be on that land while she studied. When she returned home and life cracked open once more, she did not retreat — she went deeper. She traveled with her oldest daughter to the sacred jungles of the Peruvian Amazon to sit with Ayahuasca, and in two weeks, both of their worlds were forever changed. She returned knowing exactly what Source required of her: The Work, as taught by Byron Katie and ordained, in her knowing, by God.
That clarity asked everything of her. Crystal made the painstaking, faith-led decision to retire her acclaimed career as one of Atlanta’s premier raw vegan chefs and step fully into ministry, metaphysics, and the healing arts. She is the author of two books available on Amazon: “I Deserved to Die,” her spiritual memoir chronicling her transformation from trauma to truth, and “Uncooked and Unapologetic,” both published through her own imprint, Divine Time Publishing. She is the host of “The Sanctuary,” a daily morning ritual broadcast for her community of Breathwork Besties, and her teachings — meditations, breathwork practices, and what she affectionately calls “metaphysical real talk” — are shared across her social platforms with a voice that is warm, direct, and unmistakably her own.
Crystal is the founder of The Atlanta Breathwork Therapy Center in Marietta, Georgia, and the architect of the B.A.G. framework — Breathwork, Affirmations, and Gratitude — a tiered curriculum refined over years of group facilitation and one-on-one practice. As a speaker, she has presented to healthcare executives, AI summit audiences, corporate teams, and spiritual entrepreneurs, with signature talks including her recent abundance masterclass, “Bank On It.” Her gift on the stage is the same gift she carries in session: she meets people where they are, names the truth they have been avoiding, and sends them home with practical tools and a blessing.
She walks the path now as minister, doctor, mother of six, transformational coach, and spiritual relationship counselor — a metaphysical priestess who left a known life to answer a sacred call, and who now helps powerful women come home to themselves.

The lymphatic system, which is one half of the circulatory system, is the most extensive system in the body. All of the water in our bodies is lymph fluid. The blood is 90% lymph fluid and 10% hemoglobin. The lymphatic system is electromagnetic and maintains the health of the entire cellular terrain. As most of us know, blood carries oxygen for cellular respiration, regeneration, and purification of the body. When it is purified, lymph fluid leaves the nodes and enters the heart. It picks up blood platelets that carry oxygen and circulates through the arteries and veins of the circulatory system.
Dr. Tapzyana Thomas has become an invaluable resource for knowledge about the lymphatic system, healing, and wellness. With humility and grace, she brings us up to speed about the new technologies and knowledge necessary for wellness. This is a presentation to pay close attention to: Dr. Tapzyana Thomas is a living testimony to the possibilities that are available even when the experts declare you’re out of time.
