Anne DiDomenico: Heart-centered coaching is Anne’s passion. Living Joy in her Daily Life is a conscious practice and synthesis of all the information accumulated over the years that she has literally applied. Anne’s continual focus is to bring more Joy to the moment. She coaches her clients in the life-changing process of Opening, Listening, Following and Communicating with the Heart. She offers practices for Observing Mind, Body, Emotions, Inner Fire and Intuition to expand self-awareness. Her clients awaken to their own power and learn how to use that power to create the life they want.
Anne is currently expanding her practice to include the deepest work of Divine Embodiment through Present Time Coaching. She uses physical exercises with clients to awaken deeper connection with the body’s own intelligence. Tapping into Body Intelligence allows intimacy to grow. This intimacy is the relationship between you and the Divine. As we release resistance and blocks, we uncover our aliveness and passion for living life in full alignment with Source. Many clients experience an opening of the heart, deeper levels of intimacy in relationship, and the realization of JOY as a literal experience.
Anne’s perspective is that daily life in a human body … and in the most practical terms … can be a most sacred experience if we hold our focus steady on knowing the Divine within us and working in harmony with our divine physicalness. Letting go of judgment and embracing all life as part of Divine Consciousness is key.
Anne works with individuals, couples and small groups in person, by phone and Skype.
She offers classes in Self-Mastery, Meditation and Mindfulness, Healthy Body-Mind Wellness, and Living From the Heart.
