Dr. Josephene Johnsey, D.D.

My name is Josephene Johnsey and I hold six Doctorates, receiving my Doctorate from the University of Metaphysics in 1981

I was a minister’s wife for twenty eight years.

My mother was not a loving person but she and dad raised me by the Bible. Then I married and my husband became a minister. He was abusive physically and emotionally. The one person I could turn to and rely on was God.

I lived this way till 1992 when my husband died.

So, I began this book. I know there are hundreds of men and women living through what I went through, feeling trapped and unloved and lonely. You say, well, the death of my husband would be a new beginning for me. Yes and no!

After being kept in isolation for so long, with the exception of going to church and the grocery store all those years, I had a lot to learn. Thank goodness my twenty seven year old son was still with me to teach me.

I pray this book encourages and uplifts anyone who reads it and that you see that a person trusting God will be a winner. He will never let you down, no matter how dark it looks now!.
