Rev. Ana-Alexandra Mirea is a compassionate and intuitive Sattva Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Metaphysical Reverend and Counsellor devoted to guiding others toward balance, healing, and spiritual awakening. Based in London, Ontario, she works with clients locally and around the world, creating safe and sacred spaces for personal growth, inner peace, and self-discovery.
With more than fifteen years of experience in Reiki, Ana-Alexandra is a Master Teacher in Reiki, Karuna Ki Reiki, and Shambhala Reiki. She offers both distance healing sessions and on-demand Reiki training for those wishing to explore or deepen their connection to energy work. Her approach helps clients awaken their natural healing abilities, reconnect to inner harmony, and cultivate clarity and purpose in daily life.
Her academic and spiritual foundation was established through the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, Arizona, where she earned a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science degree, was ordained as a Metaphysical Reverend, and completed studies in Metaphysical Counselling. These credentials allow her to weave together spiritual wisdom, energy healing, and holistic counselling into a unified, heart-centered practice that supports deep transformation.
Ana-Alexandra’s yoga path expanded after being initiated into Kriya One Meditation by Adam Schomer and studying under her teacher and guru, Anand Mehrotra, founder of the Sattva Yoga Academy. Through The Heretic Pink Rose membership, she brings together Sattva Yoga, meditation, Reiki healing, and metaphysical exploration in an online sanctuary for healing and awakening.
Dedicated to serving a compassionate global community, Ana-Alexandra continues to share her light through live and prerecorded classes, distance Reiki sessions, and spiritual conversations. Her mission is to inspire others to find peace within and live in alignment with their highest truth.
