Anneline is deeply passionate about healing the body. She holds a bachelor’s (B.Msc.) and master’s (M.Msc.) degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics. She specializes in Sacred Embodiment, encoding the sacred healing language of the body and psycho-spiritual therapy. She is a Wellness Counsellor, Yoga Alliance Registered E-RYT 500 Yoga Therapist, End of Life Doula, and Self-Actualization Guide, supporting individuals in awakening their embodied soul, activating their innate sacred blueprint, and potentiating a life of purpose and healing. Through her work as an integrative Holistic Wellness Counsellor, she helps others alchemize into a more sovereign and balanced state of being.
Her services include an 8-Week Journey-to-Self Programme, in which she works individually with clients, guiding them through various sessions of Counselling, Nervous System Regulation Techniques, Therapeutic Healing, Movement Therapy, and Breathing and Meditation Techniques. With over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience, she gently empowers clients to find the medicine within themselves, supporting them as they transition through life-changing events, diseases, and life-threatening illnesses, offering non-medical support to her clients and their families.
