Affectionately known as Coach Kim, she is the founder of Coach Kim’s LifeLab, a transformational practice that integrates metaphysical science, life coaching, and holistic wellness. As a Certified Life Coach, she works with individuals navigating major life transitions—such as divorce, grief, or personal reinvention—helping them to discover, heal, elevate, and rebuild through her signature framework, The HER Method™.

In addition to her metaphysical and coaching work, Kimberly is a Certified Yoni Steam Instructor, specializing in womb wellness and sacred self-care practices. She collaborates with doulas and other wellness professionals to provide supportive care for women before, during, and after childbirth, as well as for those seeking balance in their reproductive health journeys. Her womb-centered work emphasizes not only physical wellness but also emotional and spiritual healing, honoring the sacred connection between the body and the soul.

Kimberly is the author of several books, including Bloom Again: A Divorcee’s Guide to New Beginnings and Calm Before the Sparkle, as well as guided journals designed to inspire reflection and personal growth. She also leads group workshops, retreats, and online coaching programs that empower women to reclaim their voices and embrace new beginnings with joy.

Beyond her practice, Kimberly is the CEO of Gen-X TV, a digital streaming media network that amplifies diverse voices worldwide.
