At an early age, Rev. Sierra Leone Donaven knew with absolute certainty the main path she would walk throughout life was one of public service and metaphysical ministry.

A natural inclination toward the study of universal law, the order of things, and metaphysics led to a career in Federal law enforcement, lifelong community volunteerism, and practical application of spiritual laws. Intuitively, while reading and studying books about metaphysical teachings, at age 17, the divine calling was clearly heard. And thus began her journey, initially joining membership in Unity religion and taking various classes, next pursuing Spiritual Practitioner’s certification and licensing at Centers for Spiritual Living, and then earning a bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science at University of Metaphysics and ordination into the ministry at International Metaphysical Ministry. Rev. Donaven is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the university. 

Also, at the core of Rev. Donaven’s life purpose is being of service to humanity as a volunteer, primarily for not-for-profit organizations missioned in healthy youth and family living.  

After retiring from a successful career as a special agent-criminal investigator at the Bureau of ATF&E, U.S. Justice Department, Rev. Donaven was divinely led to founding Donaven Advisors, LLC, where she assists clients in learning their life’s calling and walking in their own greatness. Key to her practice is clients understanding the power of their own minds and that that power awaits their recognition to create a life they were meant to live – a life of good. Using Visioning and the art of meditation, along with other spiritual tools, clients experience greater self-awareness and conscious living from which choices are made in alignment with spiritual laws.
