Rev. Melissa Ransom, B.Msc.
Rev. Melissa Ransom discovered New Thought and Metaphysics in 2010 after taking a Biblical Literature class in college that studied the Bible using critical analysis. Wanting to find a creative way of studying the Bible instead of the traditional way she was taught, Melissa searched online and discovered the Unity movement first and then the larger New Thought movement. After studying Metaphysics by herself for eight years, Melissa felt a calling to become a Minister and discovered the University of Metaphysics during online research.
She has received her Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, B. Msc, from the University of Metaphysics and is currently working on the Master of Metaphysical Science degree. After completing the master’s degree, Melissa will continue her studies and work toward a Doctor of Ministry in New Thought Ministry through the University of Metaphysics. She is also an ordained Metaphysical Minister, having received her ordination and practitioner diploma from the International Metaphysical Ministry University Seminary.
Rev. Melissa Ransom’s goal is to bring the message of New Thought and Metaphysics to the world through her fiction novels, spiritual videos, and Guest Speaking opportunities. In 2018, she self-published her first eBook in the Spiritual All Spirit Cozy Mystery series and is currently working on her second eBook in this series.
She has been attending Unity of Columbia in Columbia SC since 2010 where she is a Platform Assistant Speaker and Guest Speaker. Rev. Melissa started her own blog, Ransom Metaphysics, in 2018 where she shares her spiritual insights and updates about her spiritual fiction books.
