Rev. Blue Mc Donnell, B.Msc.

 

Rev. Blue Mc Donnell C.Ht, B.Msc, ICRT, is a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki and an EFT practitioner. She grew up in Ireland and has spent many years working in and studying the art of healing in varies countries including parts of Asia, Europe and the US. She has an openness which shows through the wisdom, love and care she has for others, and she aims to help each of her clients achieve elevated loving self-awareness and self-acceptance, which are fundamental to health of mind, body and spirt.

Blue studied at The Hypnotherapist Motivation Institute, California, and graduated with honors. She studied Usui Reiki Ryoho at International Center for Reiki Training, California, and is both level I and II Certified, and earned her Bachelor’s in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics.

She is a member of the Hypnotherapist Union local no. 472, The American Hypnotherapist Association, The International Center for Reiki Training, and The International Association of Reiki Practice.

Hypnosis gives us access to the power of our subconscious mind, which is where our goals are realized. Upon entering the subconscious, we leave behind our physical stress and experience a feeling of complete relaxation. Our senses become heightened and under the guidance of a certified hypnotherapist, perceptions and behaviors are changed for the better. Through Hypnosis, Reiki, and the other modalities, many issues can be addressed, such as:  fears, stress, pain, addictions, self-defeating thoughts or behavior, weight loss, and motivation to name but a few.
