Rev. Kevin Nixon, B.Msc.
Kevin Nixon was born in Philadelphia, PA. He currently resides in Lawrenceville, GA. Kevin is a teacher of metaphysics as well as an inspirational speaker/teacher and energy healer, specializing in the healing arts of Reiki and Chakra Balancing.
In December 2008, Kevin experienced what he calls an energy shift. And he makes it a point to note that he does not mean this in the metaphorical sense but that he literally felt energy move in his body.
Kevin says that while he has always felt a pull towards the esoteric or metaphysical, a pull to express his true purpose; it wasn’t until he set his feet (metaphorically speaking), really his heart firmly on the path to pursue what he feels is his life purpose that this energy shift took place. As he says, things happen when you are firm in your decisions.
Although he didn’t know it at the time, in retrospect, Kevin confirmed that this energy shift was in fact the result of a decision to pursue his life purpose. As a result of this decision, approximately 3 months after this energy shift, Kevin began to experience an influx of creative ideas; and he began to outwardly express this creativity.
During this creative explosion, Kevin uncovered his talent for writing and so in early 2009, he began writing his first book.
However, because of the economic downturn (caused by the bursting of the real estate bubble), in the middle of writing that book he switched gears.
He sat his first book aside and decided instead to write a book of inspiration. The name of this now completed book is “HOW TO FIND PURPOSE, PASSION AND OPPORTUNITY” and is based on his personal experience of finding purpose, passion and opportunity after, again, deciding, to make the decision to pursue his life purpose. The book also talks about how he found and utilized what he calls the Universal Key or First Law to unlock his potential and how you too can access this key to unlock your own potential.
