“Many Lives, Many Loves: Have You Loved Someone Before?”

Has the thought ever occurred to you, “Have I loved this person in another lifetime?” If you are one of the two thirds of the world’s population that believes in reincarnation and the living of many lifetimes, you may very well have asked this question.

Nothing in life is by coincidence, although on the surface some things may appear to be simply by chance. There is a law of cause and effect that is constantly at work throughout nature, inclusive of meetings and relationships of a personal nature between two people.

It does not matter how short or how long the relationship turns out to be, whether it is measured in mere minutes or an entire lifetime. People meet people and fall in love with them, or at least imagine themselves to be in love. From a deeper spiritual perspective, what is actually taking place is the living out of a karmic tie between two people.

“Realities and Absurdities of Religion”

The One Reality all religions share is that there is a God—a Supreme Being. Beyond that one commonly shared view, it’s downhill into absurdities.

The main absurdity with which most people are familiar is the clerical manipulation that “ours is the only religion.” As this is an earth-plane dimension that, for the most part, attracts souls with limited spiritual awareness, promoting this concept is easy for souls looking and needing spiritual assurance and desperate for hope. Under this banner of “ours is the only religion,” prejudices have been formed and wars have been fought—not to perpetuate the Will of God, but rather for the power of clerical manipulators.

To wish, to hope, to dream of better things is a state of mind through which most people look upon every new cycle in their lives. This is especially true at the beginning of humanity’s group cycle at the dawn of every New Year.

Hoping and dreaming of making things better in their lives, people make resolutions that they will live a certain way or be a certain way, that they will make changes in their lives or how they will go about doing things. Yet, whether these resolutions occur at the time of a new year or at any other time, so very many of them remain unfulfilled or unresolved.

For most people, the story is very much the same. Well-intentioned resolutions seem to fade away and become distant cobwebs in the closet of the mind. Periodically, something then happens that reminds them that what they once resolved—remains unresolved. “Why did I not follow through,” we ask ourselves, “when it was so evident that a change for the better was necessary?”

When the Christ Mind that was in Jesus spoke the words, “I am the Alpha and Omega—the Beginning and the End” (Rev. 1: 8), a profound mystical truth was being proclaimed, affirming what mystics of the past, present, and future have voiced. The words state that the past (that is, the beginning) and the future (that is, the ending) are as One, and that time, or the appearance of it, is a cosmic blur—an illusion of Absolute Reality. This is to say that there is no real time lapse between beginning and ending—only the illusion of it. The illusion of time exists to help in the construction of a cosmic duality, where the suggestion of opposites creates the illusion that the One Life of the Universe, or God, is now many lives and many lifetimes—all seemingly flowing in time.

Aware of the illusion of time and seeing the Reality of Absolute Universal Selfhood, the Christ Mind that was in Jesus made known to those with spiritual ears to hear that He existed in a state of Universal Awareness—of Christ Consciousness existing Eternally as Alpha and Omega; Beingness without a beginning or ending; an endless circle without a starting or ending point; an Eternity that simply IS. Because there is existence, it can be thought of as One Eternal Moment of Time—a cosmic timepiece showing only one moment of time.
