Overcoming Resistance to Positive Change: All resistance to making positive changes in your life comes from your ego, which fears the unknown, doubts its capabilities, feels alone in its efforts, and suffers from low self esteem. If you feel any of these things, turn them over to the Presence of God within you for the support you need.

• Resistance Source: I realize that resistance to making positive changes in my life comes from a personal sense of ego selfhood, with its self-doubts about even making changes that would seem on the surface to improve my circumstances.
• Fear: I realize that personal ego-mind fear may be a reason for resisting even positive change, and so when I feel fear I turn immediately to my Christ-Mind oneness with God to sublimate my fear into the Light of God-Power Courage within me.
• Unknown: I realize that I may resist positive change because of the unknown associated with the change, so instead I turn inward to God’s Presence that knows all that can be known, which thus removes a blockage of the unknown from my mind.
• Punishment: I realize that God has already forgiven me for all that I believe I should be punished for, and thus I am free to make positive changes for my good at once.
• Responsibility: I realize that I may resist making positive changes because of doubt that I could handle the responsibilities, so knowing that, I will turn it over to God’s Presence within me, which will surface to handle the responsibility.
• Poor Self-Esteem: I realize that resistance to positive change comes from poor self-esteem created by a personal ego-mind sense of selfhood, and thus I choose instead a Christ-Mind awareness so my true self reality is always one with God and God’s attributes.
• Non-Support: I realize that resistance to making positive changes may come from feeling alone in my efforts or not being supported, so I turn inward to God’s Presence as my support in all I must do to improve my life.

You are a winner! How could you not be? After all, your true self is one with God’s Presence within you, so you have all of God’s attributes available to you! You are divinely creative, adaptable, and intuitively guided. Even so-called failures serve to uncover the winner you have been all along.

• Attributes: In my inner oneness with God I am a winner, because I have God’s attributes available to me to forever be a winner.

Mystery of Time — A Key for Mastering Life: What appears to be the passing of time is actually One Eternal Moment in God’s Mind. That means that whatever you want to have, do, or be in life already is. You only have to awaken to it. This understanding can end the stress that comes from striving to have, do, or be something in the “future.”

• Time: I recognize that what appears to be the passing of time is, in truth, one eternal moment.
• One Moment: Eternity as an absolute reality is one eternal moment of time, containing the appearance of past, present, and future.
• God’s Presence: God’s Presence lives in absolute time, or one eternal moment of past, present, and future.
• Closeness: The closer I am to God’s Presence within me, the closer I am to one eternal moment of time, which is God’s Mind in manifestation.
• Now: Living in the eternal moment of now, I live in the energy consciousness of the future and all that can be.
• Existence: All that could ever be mine already exists in the eternal moment of time.
• Oneness: In inner oneness with God, I am one with the eternal moment, where past, present, and future are one.
• The Future: In oneness with God’s Presence within me as one eternal moment, the future is now.
• Already Mine: All that I or my life can be is already mine, and exists in one eternal moment of God’s Presence.
• Key: Through my daily practice of meditation, I experience future good in love, health, material needs, and all else, by recognizing the eternal now and by releasing my personal will to it—to God.
• The Presence: To the degree I am one with God’s Presence, I am one with the eternal now, and I am all that can be.
• Eternity: I am the Presence of Eternity, or God individualized into human form.

Activating God’s power within you is about becoming more connected to the Presence of God within you, so God’s Presence becomes more a part of your conscious thinking process—guiding you through life. The only thing required is for you to allow God’s Will to be totally in charge of your life.

• Will: I step aside daily from my personal will and allow God’s Will to be totally in charge of my life.
• Surrender: I totally surrender my body, mind, and soul to be used by God’s Presence.
• Christ Mind: In the Christ Mind part of my consciousness, awareness of my oneness with God exists as the ultimate real life of my body, mind, and soul.
• Doer: I recognize and declare that God is the doer in all that is done every day of my life.
• Crediting: As God is the real doer, I credit God alone for all good that takes place in my life, be it in love, health, material needs—whatever my real needs are according to God’s Will for my life.
• Meditation: I practice meditation daily, knowing that it brings the Presence, and thus, the Power of God into my conscious mind and daily life.
• God Knows: God already knows what is best for me, be it in love, health, material needs, and all else, and thus I totally accept that it is already so in the Mind of God.
• Already So: I declare that God’s Power has already been active in my life today, and in all my tomorrows that have already been lived in God’s single moment of eternity—Alpha and Omega—the beginning and end as one.
