“Neutralizing Negative Karma”

Unless spiritual steps are taken, the effects of negative karma can last a lifetime, and even beyond into other lives. Negative karma is a karmic debt that works with the law of cause and effect. If you cause something negative to happen, you acquire a karmic debt, the negative energy of which will cause a future effect.

A karmic debt can involve any one of a number of major areas in human life. Such areas may include, but are not limited to, love, relationships, family, sexuality, addictions, occupation, income, and health. Having difficulty in one or more of these areas can cause significant distress. It can be the difference between living a wonderful life or a life filled with misery. Therefore, neutralizing negative karma is a subject to be taken quite seriously.

“You Can Have a Better Life If… “

A better, improved life can be yours if you utilize the major spiritual practices available to you and have a spiritualized state of mind. Bettering and improving one’s life is not a matter of blind luck. Everything in this universe works according to God’s law of cause and effect. To better your life, you need to put spiritual causes into motion to create improved effects in your life.

Spirituality is not just a matter of belief or faith, but of doing. Doing means cooperating with God. From a human perspective, that means engaging in spiritual practices to keep your mind attuned to God’s mind. Doing also means being in physical motion. Some people have the mistaken notion that if they do their spiritual practices, whatever they may be, then they can just sit around doing next to nothing. It is as though God will suddenly materialize what they need without an ounce of effort on their part. It simply does not work that way.

“Your True Self Can”

Whatever hurdle you may be facing in your life at this time or at any time in the future—whether it regards health, love, income, family, or career—your true self can overcome it. Life, after all, is an ongoing series of challenges or hurdles. It does not matter how evolved, awakened, or enlightened you are; life still presents many obstacles and problems!

The awakened soul is no more immune to life’s difficulties than the unawakened soul. In fact, in many cases, the awakened souls have more to contend with, simply because they attempt to do so much more in their lives. On the other hand, the unawakened souls, who are content merely to sit and do as little as possible, attempt to slide through life doing only that which is either expected of them or forced upon them. For those souls who do attempt to do more and be more—not just in a worldly sense, but also regarding being a whole and complete person—their real need is to find a greater source of identity or selfhood within themselves.

“Spiritually Healing Others”

You can be a participant in God’s healing process with others. Nearly all teachings of a spiritual nature emphasize that the practice of spiritual healing should mostly be for spiritual self-healing. While this is true, unquestionably there are instances where even a person who is well versed in spiritual healing practices may find the need to reach out to another person for spiritual healing assistance.

As any advanced student or practitioner of spiritual healing knows, it is not the practitioner who actually does the healing. All spiritual healing is done by God working through and as the natural healing intelligence of the body. So now we must ask: If it is God who is truly doing the healing, then what is the spiritual practitioner doing, or what role does the practitioner play in the spiritual healing process?
