Living Your Life Free of Limitations: Limitations in life arise from the illusion of having a selfhood that is separate from the unlimited Presence of God within you. The truth is that you are one with God, and thus unlimited. Through meditation and visualization you can establish and maintain contact with the unlimited part of yourself.

• Defining Limitation: From a perspective of Ultimate Self truth, I define limitation as an illusion of personal selfhood, or separation of identity from the Ultimate Presence of God.
• Ultimate Self: I accept that my Ultimate Self is Christ Consciousness, or Eternal Mind onement with the unlimited Presence of God within me.
• Meditation: Through my daily practice of meditation, I establish and maintain contact with the unlimited part of my Christ/God Self.
• Visualization: At least once daily, I take a few moments to visualize or imagine that I am part of the unlimited, infinite, Christ-Light Body of God’s Presence within me.
• Release: I release my personal-self beliefs and corresponding limitations to the unlimited Presence of God within me.
• Mind Freedom: I declare that my mind can be one with God’s Mind which knows all freedom, for it is All things and has power within All creation.
• Soul Freedom: Through God’s Presence within my very soul, God’s freedom to be is a part of my innermost nature, where I am free of illusionary limitations.
• Holistic Freedom: Through my oneness with God’s Presence within me, I have unlimited freedom to express holistically through my body, my mind, and my soul.
• Focusing: If ever I start to feel limited, I catch myself and re-focus on the Christ-Conscious oneness with the unlimited Presence and Freedom of God at the center of my beingness.

• Bright Side: The longer I live, the more I try to see the bright side of any situation or condition, knowing that God’s Bright Light Love Presence is the eternal reality often hidden by the outer appearance of what seems to be contradictions to a bright side.
• Enjoyment: Through God’s Presence within me, I am led to leisure activities that I enjoy with friends who can laugh, have fun, and be supportive of me, and I of them.

Although there are similarities between psychism and mysticism, they are different. Psychism deals with the personal or mortal aspects of consciousness, with paranormal experiences involving an I-Thou relationship. Mysticism transcends personal ego consciousness, and is for the sole purpose of having a direct, firsthand experience of God.

• Similarities: I understand that similarities between the psychical and mystical may include paranormal sight and extrasensory experience.
• Personal: I understand that psychism deals with the personal or mortal aspects of consciousness.
• Impersonal: I understand that mysticism involves that which transcends personal ego consciousness—the impersonal or Universal Consciousness.
• Psychism: I recognize that the experiences of psychism may include, but are not be limited to, other dimensions; clairvoyance; clairaudience; visions of symbols, scenes, gods, goddesses; or any other paranormal experience involving an I-Thou relationship.
• Mysticism: I understand that the practice of mysticism is for the sole purpose of firsthand, direct experience of Absolute, Eternal/Infinite Beingness as Mind/Spirit Consciousness—God.
• Meditation (Psychical): I understand that even for that sole purpose of union with God, meditation may be filled with experiences of a psychical nature.
• Psychical Learning and Distractions: I understand that while I may learn about life’s mysteries from psychical experiences, they are distractions that can direct my attention away from my ultimate spiritual goal—union with God.
