“The Benefits of Teaching Metaphysics to Children and Youth”

Dr. Michelle A. De La Rente – Born 20th of January 1949…

Aquarian, born of the cusp of material earth and the universe, of human form and humanity, in the Chinese Year of the Rat. According to Chinese belief, when the Buddha called, Rats were first to come running. I’ve always chosen to believe, Rats, simply wanted to learn first, what Buddha said. Learning knowledge, how to survive a life worth living, unconditionally; irrespective of food, lodgings or clothing…which is different to Maslow’s need chart. Rats, simply survive throughout evolution, through interpretive knowledge, of times evolutionary moments.

Originally, to be born Christmas day, with a twin, who passed.

I’m still here, coming late, dehydrated, wrinkled, ugly, struggling to breathe.

I’m an only child of two, only children parents…hence no outer family, but a large, older social circle.

Hence, learnt and studied human beings, as a small child.

Included and fascinated by adult conversations.

A loner at school, with few friends, I loved asking questions of teachers, but was a destructive influence in class apparently. Hence spent, school life in corridors, watching insects crawl along floors.

School was not my favourite place…nor was church…but education was…so started my understanding of Astrology and past lives, when I walked away from Sunday school at age 7. By 9 the last of my grand parents died, so I turned to Astrology and past lives, to understand life and death.

My favourite place is in water… baths, spas, swimming pools, rivers, dams, oceans; when all were unavailable…garden hoses.

I married, becoming a naïve mainstream wife, with boy and girl twins.

Albeit, my intuition knew things. I was known as someone who’s different.

I learnt late in life, I’m Autistic Spectrum Asperger’s, highly intelligent, don’t tell lies, with long memory.

As a parent, I became a swimming teacher, all ages; later children with Asperger’s

After my children left home and I divorced, I lived on boats for 8 years to study Metaphysics. Later, living on an island, with a B and B, spiritual retreat, where I met my Metaphysical friend. I’ve never looked backwards re metaphysics, only forward.

Why would people come to believe in One God, She, and turn to many gods, a far-off Father God, and finally to agnosticism, and atheism? Could it have to do with Earth Changes?

There was once a single continent on earth, Pangaea, as science confirms and as Genesis tells: God parted land and waters. Pangaea was a North Pole Paradise with a belief in…

– and experience of – God within, paralleled by the course of the sun. From this one continent to our days of our six-continent globe, people have held a changing belief in a higher power – MindMade: they wanted the changes to make sense. This change of belief included a shift from the ancient, symbolic Mothergod-within to the Godson around 15,000 BC – and finally past 2000 BC – to a Godfather in far heaven. Indeed, historically, the Fathergod came after his Godson! How could the belief of millions of years in a loving Mothergod be abandoned in favor of a punishing Fathergod?

Symbols, now used as barbells, baton, shepherd’s staff, hour glass, even neck tie, or pearls and meds, tell the story. It was a spiritual error by the cerebrum/mind that viewed women (once honored for their likeness with the Mothergod) as being unfit for public and sacred offices. Jesus came to restore the ancient faith in the One God of Love, as Fathergod in the understanding of the male predominance of his time. Yet by his actions, he demonstrated the ancient One God within, the power of the Chakras, and by riding the symbolic donkey he expressed its ancient meaning untaught in churches to this day. He encouraged us to do the same, saying, “Ye are gods.” Images of art and sacred symbols show how herstory turned to history and make clear the need to balance the ancient sacred barbell-symbol as Father- and Mothergod – within.

About Bara Loveland — Bara’s areas of original research are the spiritual origins of symbols, color therapy, and evaluating Kirlian life-energy images. A summary of Bara’s spiritual work can be found in the eBook of Consciousness. When understood, a new description of “the ancient God” may be accepted by religious people, agnostics, and atheists alike, and may set an end to religious discord and the abuse of nature. Bara is an online publisher (www.NewAncientSecrets.com) and author and has received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Sedona. Her dissertation, Phenomena of Mysticism – UnSermoned, presents mystical research on the spiritual origins of biblical and other symbols, widely unknown so far.

fascination with all things metaphysical. However, by 1978, Jan was a working Special Educator holding a Masters level degree in Learning Disabilities as well as certifications in elementary education, emotional and social disorders, and cognitive and multiple systems disability. Despite her outward persona of the quintessential school teacher, Jan continued to pursue her closeted preoccupation with psychic phenomena.

In 1999, the Cederlund team launched The Light Center Foundation; a not-for-profit enterprise providing animal-assisted therapy to challenged and at-risk youth. On a farm, for the next 15 years, over 1500 students would reap the benefits of animal therapy in the natural and nonjudgmental context of nature. Serving as its founder and executive director, Jan was finally incorporating not only her special education and business expertise, but her metaphysical interests as well.

Upon her semi-retirement in 2013, Jan finally began her metaphysical journey when she enrolled in the University of Metaphysics. Since that time, she has gone on to receive a second Master’s Degree as well as two Doctoral Degrees from the University of Sedona; specializing in Metaphysical Counseling and Parapsychology.
