• Laboring Less: I accept and acknowledge that the key to laboring less and having more is to use my mind more and my body less.
• Using Body Less: I accept and understand that using my body less means not only physical activity, but also the time my body spends on any type of work, including mental work.
• Holistically: Holistically means that to have more while having to labor less is as a result of also engaging God’s Presence of Universal Mind and Spirit to intuitively direct the surface part of my mind as to what to do to labor less and have more.
• Will: I let go and release my personal will to God’s Will and Presence within me, knowing that by so doing, God’s Power and Wisdom work through my surface mind for me to have more with less labor.
• Creative Ideas: I affirm that God’s Presence at the center of consciousness within me is constantly providing my surface mind with creative ideas I can use to labor less and have more.
• Choosing Leadership: In whatever I choose to do in my life—according to God’s Will for my life or my soul’s purpose—I will accept a position of leadership, knowing that leadership can bring rewards of laboring less and having more.
• Leadership: I understand that leadership is not limited to management or owning a company, but can also mean being a pacesetter or leader in the arts, music, or any number of areas in the commercial world, government, and so on.
• Ultimate Leadership: I acknowledge that my life is under the directives of God’s Presence within me, which daily leads my mind to accomplish and have more by laboring less.

Remember that those you have loved—or who were dear to you—who have passed on, remain an eternal part of God’s Presence. Because you are one with that Presence, nothing separates you from them. You can still send them your love, thank them, and honor them.

• Past Memories: In my heart I honor the memory of those I have loved and those dear to me who have passed on or are no longer a part of my physical life, yet remain an eternal part of God’s Presence within me, with which I am one.
• Time and Space: In fond memories of those close to me at some time in my life, I declare that neither the illusion of time nor space separates them from me in the Consciousness of God within me.
• Love: To special people who are part of memories past and memories to be lived in the future, I send you my love.
• Memorial Days: On memorial days, I especially take time to go back over the years to thank those who have meant so much to me in my life.
• War: For those who I have not known, but who have sacrificed a portion of their body, mind, or entire physical life for me, I honor you in gratitude eternally.

Secrets of New Beginnings: The secret for starting something new is to establish contact with the Presence of God within you, from which all new beginnings originate. Then, give thanks for all the good you have experienced in the past, release all negativity, and allow God to guide you as to what new beginnings you should focus on.

• Meditation: Through my daily practice of meditation, I establish and maintain contact with the ultimate, on-going, creative, Universal Consciousness Source—God—with the power of eternal new beginnings.
• Visualization: Daily, I take a few moments to visualize or imagine the interior of my body filled with the Creative Light of God’s Presence, from which all new beginnings originate before becoming physical manifestations.
• Release Past: I give thanks to God’s Presence within me for all past good I have experienced, and release this as well as all negativity in my past, so I may be in the Universal God Mind energies of new beginnings.
• Will: I give up my personal will, so God’s Will is in charge of establishing exactly what new beginnings I should focus on.
• Creativity: Universal, creating, God-Conscious idea energies flow into the conscious level of my mind to initiate and complete new beginnings.
• Eternal Now: Whatever new beginnings God’s Consciousness places in my conscious mind is already so, already a reality, and has already happened in Universal Consciousness, or the Mind of God.

In all sexual activity there is an energy exchange that affects both people spiritually, according to their soul’s purpose and how connected to Universal Consciousness they are. This energy exchange can have a very positive effect if there is also love, friendship, or genuine caring between the two.

• Energy Exchange: I understand that in all sexual activity there is an energy exchange that affects both people holistically—affecting the physical body energies, the mental energies at all mental levels, the spiritual level associated with the soul’s purpose, and even the God level, depending upon how one with Universal Consciousness each participant is.
• Positive and/or Negative: I understand that the energy exchange between people during intimacy can have a positive or negative effect on one or both people.
• Gratificational or Recreational Sexuality: I understand that sexual activity only for the sake of physical gratification of the body produces no lasting positive effect on the body, soul, or oneness with God, and it leaves one empty in mind and soul with a void to fill, producing the need for more sexuality—possibly leading to addiction.
• Karma: I understand that there may be karmic reasons for any sexual contact—individual, collective, or both—with the payback of negative energy or the reward of positive energy.
• Soul’s Purpose: I understand that the most positive sexual energy exchange is between two people when the energy exchange helps one or both to better achieve their soul’s purpose.
• Verbal Slang: I understand that having a daily vocabulary expressing verbal slang with words of a sexual nature devalues sexuality, and, in turn, the total consciousness of the individual is degraded and the inner distance between the personal soul and the Universal Spirit, or God, is greatly widened.
• Positive Sexuality: I understand that sexuality can have a positive energy effect on one’s spirituality if there is love, friendship, or genuine caring between people who have initiated intimacy.
• Excitement/Stimulation: If the sexual attraction is to be lasting, I understand that a positive sexual energy exchange adding to one’s spirituality is created more by inner connection than by outer appearance.
